She has worked with top global IT firms in both India and the USA, leading teams of over 45 people onshore and offshore, delivering complex multi-platform and multi-tier projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. She is Scrum and NCFM certified and has over 6 years of client-facing experience in the USA in the banking and financial sector, with expertise in software quality assurance, global delivery models, and project planning & execution. A zealous Hatha Yoga practitioner, she is passionate about holistic mind-body wellness, Vedic sciences, and enjoys spending time with her family.
